Delivery & Pick Up

All orders are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays and sent that day by our bike courier or one of their partners. Order before 14.00 to have your order shipped that day.

NL delivery: next day on Wednesdays and Fridays
EU delivery: usually within 1 week of sending, depending on destination
WORLD delivery: usually between 1 and 3 weeks, depending on destination

Pick Up

Pick up orders can be collected in our store during opening hours after you have received a pick up confirmation notification.

Returns & Exchanges

Online orders can be returned to us (when eligable) within 45 days of receipt, either for an exchange, a gift receipt or a refund.

Please note that worn/used items are not accepted and are not eligable for refunds. These items will be sent back to you at your own cost, or available for you to pick up in our store.

Materials & Care

Our jewelry is made with 14kt gold filled, sterling silver or full 14kt gold, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Gold filled can be worn carefree and does not need special cleaning or maintenance. Please do note that some of our items are delicate, so handle accordingly.
