We make and ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday. Order before 14.00 for same-day shipment.

Delivery within NL usually next day on Wednesdays and Fridays.

For pick up: Your order will most likely be ready for you from Tuesday or Thursday end of day. Pick up during opening hours after you have received a pick up confirmation email.

Handmade items in 14kt gold may take up to a week longer to produce and ship.

forever...but please be aware that we create delicate items, so handle them with care!

We advise not to shower with or polish your gold filled items. This will make the gold layer wear off quicker. If necessary gold filled can be cleaned with soft soap and a non-abrasive cloth.

14kt gold, sterling silver and brass items can be polished with a special jewelry cloth.

Always store jewelry away from moisture.
